For Clarion Hotel's Women's Day 2021 campaign, Strawberry Hotels wanted to celebrate female diversity across the organization, with a concept and visual identity that felt distinctly Clarion. I developed the campaign's central question, "What does the word women mean to you?", as the creative anchor, then built the visual identity around it, a custom logo, a supporting illustration, and social-ready animation. I worked closely with the marketing manager to keep the tone celebratory rather than corporate, adapting the concept into motion for Instagram and a static version for other channels. The campaign ran across Clarion Hotel's Nordic social channels, giving the initiative its own distinct identity rather than generic Women's Day messaging.
